All on-site estimates provided by Wilber Nuñez are free and without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Official contracts detailing exact scope, excavation depth, reinforcement grids, stamping textures, and payment milestones take precedence over rough website estimates.
3. Intellectual Property
All project photography, company branding, logos, graphics, and architectural 3D visualizations displayed on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Nuñez Concrete and may not be reproduced, modified, or republished without prior written authorization.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Nuñez Concrete takes every engineering precaution, including subgrade compaction, steel rebar reinforcement, and expansion joint placement, microscopic hairline shrinkage is a natural characteristic of curing concrete. Final warranties, curing guidelines, and maintenance expectations are governed by individual client contracts signed prior to excavation.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
